We will offer you the opportunity to listen to a "work in progress" version/sample of your song about half way through the process if you wish.   This will be done via an mp3 attachment to the e-mail address provided to us.  If you choose to exercise this option, we will also be asking you to check the lyrics of your song to be sure they are acceptable to you.  If we receive your approval of the lyrics and music, your song will be completed and sent to you.  If you do not approve of the music and lyrics we will stop immediately and refund 1/2 of your original purchase, and you will not receive any package from us (youreventsongs.com), including music, lyrics, and any photos sent to us.   It is very important for you to send us your approval or disapproval as soon as possible.  If we release a “work in progress” version/sample of your song, along with the lyrics, you agree to respond with approval or disapproval within 48 hours from the time we e-mail the mp3 and lyrics to you.   If we receive no response we will assume you approve and complete the song as agreed, and send you the package you've purchased.  If you choose not to exercise this approval/disapproval option we will complete your song as agreed and send you the package you've purchased.  You may use e-mail or voice mail, or both to approve or disapprove (Contact Us).  Again, we cannot grant a refund if you simply do not like the song after it is completed and shipped/delivered.

We will honor a 7-day cancellation guarantee. You may cancel your order with us within 7 days of your order date for any reason, provided you notify us in writing via e-mail or regular mail.  You will be refunded your purchase amount minus a $50.00 processing fee to cover our initial investment of time for your song.

Correspondence (Customer contact)

Since you are the major contributor to the lyrics of your song, it is imperative that you check your e-mails and respond in a timely fashion, and at least once within 48 hours of order.   We may be requesting additional information throughout the songwriting process to make your song as unique as possible.   We may also attempt to contact you via the phone number(s) you provide on the info form on the website. Please be sure to check and respond to our calls and e-mails.  By not responding in a timely fashion it will seriously hinder the process.  By ordering with us you agree to check and respond to our e-mails and phone calls as soon as possible, and at least once within 48 hours of order.  If you ever have any questions or concerns please contact us, and we will be happy to help you.

All online orders will be handled by PayPal (paypal.com).  It is a secure and easy way to make online payments using any major credit card.

Privacy Policy

Youreventsongs.com reserves the right to contact you regarding your purchase.  We need to do this in order to complete your song.  We will never share your information with any third party.  Nor will we ever handle any of your financial information.  All of your financial information is handled by PayPal (paypal.com) and will not be made available to any third party or company.
